Contacts have email and names of people who have been invited

at least once in any type of meeting.

Here is how you create a Contact:


1. Go to Contacts page.

2. Click on Add New button on Top Right

3. Fill the contact form and click on Save Contact. You can also select one or multiple Segments you want to keep this contact in.

The segment is a group of Contacts, to be invited to a meeting at once. Segment is like a distribution / invitee list.

Here is how you create a Segment:


1. Go to the Segments page.

2. Click on Add New button on Top Right

3. Fill in the segment form and click on Save Segment.
